Carbon Prefit Price: $1,825
Steel Prefit Price: $1,425
Fluting is $250 upcharge
Brake is $135-165 upcharge
- These barrels can be ordered as is for you to install on your action
- I can tune and time an action and send you a barreled action
- Or they can be swapped out on an inventory rifle we have in stock that has the same barrel profile in the stock
Do our prefits shoot as good as our full rifle builds?
They certainly have the ability to! All prefits are chambered in the exact same way the barrels for full builds are. However, a rifle is a complete functioning system with many parts. If your action is giving up ignition energy or the bedding is not stress free for example, then the potential performance, of the barrel can be masked by other problems. SCR specializes in and prefers to do the full build that way no stone is left unturned.
